Shipping policy

UAE Orders

• After you place the order you will receive an email confirmation
• Please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address and contact number to avoid any delays with your shipment

Delivery time

• We provide Next Day Delivery for all UAE orders placed before 1:00 PM
• 4-hour Delivery orders placed on Fridays (after 2:00 PM), Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday
• Next Day Delivery orders placed on Fridays (after 1:00 PM), Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday
• All orders placed on Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day

UAE Shipping Charges

• We charge 30 AED for 4-hour delivery within Dubai
• We charge 15 AED for Next Day Delivery on orders below 250 AED
• Orders above 250 AED are free for Next Day Delivery
• We charge an additional 30 AED for cash on delivery orders
